Vietnam Airlines Flight Instructor training

In May, Interaction Trainers delivered the first two 6-day Flight Instructor Courses for Vietnam Airlines. The course is compliant with the Part 1 Teaching & Learning TRI(MPI) for aeroplanes and incorporates the Interaction Trainers bespoke Common Behavioural Standards (CBS) training system which fully integrates the training and assessment of technical and non-technical (CRM/HF) performance. The CBS Instructional system has been described by the UK CAA as ‘unparalleled’ and this is another demonstration by Vietnam Airlines to become a thoroughly modern world-class airline and a leader in the aviation industry. The participants were delighted with their new abilities, particularly the interactive instructional methods and their ability to assess non-technical skills using the CBS system.
